Tulsiya Exchange Policy
This Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through the Tulsiya website.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
We accept exchanges for products that meet the following criteria:
- Timeframe: The exchange request must be initiated within 24 Hours of the delivery date of your order.
- Product Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Original Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags, labels, and protective stickers (if applicable) intact and attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase (such as the order confirmation email or order number) is required.
2. Reasons for Exchange
We primarily offer exchanges for the following reasons:
A. Size/Color Exchange
If you ordered the wrong size or color, we are happy to exchange the item for the correct size or a different color of the same product, provided the requested item is in stock.
B. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace the item. You must notify us immediately upon discovery of the defect or damage.
3. Items Exempt from Exchange
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "Non-Exchangeable"
- Gift cards.
- Perishable goods (if applicable to your store).
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item return more than 1 I day after delivery
4. How to Initiate an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

- Your Order Number.
- The name of the item you wish to exchange.
- The reason for the exchange (e.g., "Too small - need next size up" or "Item arrived damaged").
- The item (size/color) you wish to exchange it for.
2. Wait for Confirmation: Our team will review your request and send you an Exchange Confirmation and detailed instructions, including the shipping address for the item return. Please do not send the item back before receiving this confirmation.
3. Shipping: Securely package the item and ship it back to the address provided in the confirmation email.
5. Shipping Costs for Exchanges
- Size/Color Exchange: We will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item back to you (one time per order).
- Defective/Damaged Items: Tulsiya will cover all shipping costs associated with returning the defective item and shipping the replacement item to you.
6. Processing Time
Once your exchange item is received and inspected (typically within 7-10 business days after delivery), we will ship the replacement item to you. You will receive a separate shipping notification with tracking information for the new item.
