At Tulsiya, we take immense pride in the quality of our ethnic wear. Every product is carefully quality-checked and professionally packed before dispatch to ensure you receive it in perfect condition.
Our Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds. However, we do offer exchanges in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Size Issue — If the product delivered does not match the size you ordered
- Manufacturing Defect — If the product has a genuine defect that occurred during manufacturing
Exchange Conditions
- Exchange request must be raised within 12 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Clear photographs of the issue must be shared at the time of raising the request
